Good deal on a carry-on

Nice hardside, but shipping could be faster
I bought one of their hardside suitcases, the medium journey spinner, during a holiday sale. The build quality is impressive, very sturdy and the wheels glide nicely. It's definitely a step up from my old bag. However, shipping took 8 days to reach Denver, which felt a bit long compared to other online stores. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, though. Overall, a good product and I'm happy with the bag, just wish they'd speed up delivery a little.
